When Vice Ganda said she wanted every Filipina to look and feel their most beautiful, she actually made a cosmetics line that lives up to her vision. Vice Cosmetics is one of the more affordable yet promising local cosmetics brand in the Philippines and I'm so glad that their products are available on SHOPEE! This is good news for makeup lovers like me since it's more convenient and safe to shop online nowadays.
