Black Scoop Cafe is undeniably one of the best cafes that serves sundae swirls with unique flavors. I remember going gaga over their Yakult ice cream last year and so I frequent their store in U.N. Square. Since the pandemic happened, I haven't had my Black Scoop Cafe ice cream fix.

It's available in 3 flavors with fresh toppings: Okinawa Brown Sugar with Pearl, Black Mascarpone with Graham, and Halo Halo Surprise. If you love Black Scoop Cafe's milk tea drinks, you will surely be obsessed with the Okinawa Brown Sugar with Pearl ice cream version too! The milk tea flavor is so rich and creamy, with real bobba pearls.
