Clean and Relaxing Massage Spot You Must Try When In Manila

With all the problems we encounter from career, commute, family and relationships, sometimes we just want to press the escape button and relax. If you ask me, I like getting a massage after a long and tiring day. I usually try various establishments but I really want to find a good and clean one around Manila.

I know Malate, Manila is abundant in massage and spa places but honestly, it didn't come across my mind to check on it since foreigners flock the area at night scouting for drinks and pleasure. But who am I to judge? I believe there are still clean and legitimate massage spots for sure. I once walked passed by Thai Anma Spa in front of Manila Bayview Mansion and it looked neat so I went in to try it.

To my surprise, Thai Anma Spa was quite impressive.

It has a great location. Their first branch is located across Pan Pacific Hotel in Malate, and the one I visited is their second branch in the area. Since they are situated in the heart of Malate, Koreans, Japanese, Chinese and Filipinos frequent the spa.

A welcoming and well-trained staff. Thai Anma Spa makes sure that all their therapists are licensed and go through an intensive screening and training process. This is Marie and Lyn, they assisted me that day and I am very satisfied with their service.

Wide and comfortable waiting area. Having a nice couch to sit on while waiting in line proves that they value the time and comfort of their customers.

Neat, spacious and cozy rooms. They have 3 types of rooms: foot massage room, regular room and VIP room and these are all very neat, spacious and cozy with enough privacy. The interior reminds me of Bali-- a perfect place to meditate and relax.

Exceptional, yet affordable, and clean services. Stone massage is Thai Anma Spa's signature massage but I got the usual foot massage and body massage (shiatsu) for 80 minutes each.

The foot massage really wiped out my tension around the legs and I did feel that by massaging the pressure points on my feet kind of eased my lower back pain.

Shiatsu massage, just like any other massage requires a bit of body work. If you're into this kind of massage, then expect a fantastic pampering stretch. Bye bye muscle pains! :D

Soothing oil blends, fresh towels and linens, and peaceful music also contribute greatly to every therapeutic session.

Not to mention, they gave me a warm cup of tea to cap the day off.

Over all, I really had a great time and I might go back for another round of massage. Maybe I'll try their signature Stone Massage soon.

Treat yourself to Thai Anma Spa the next time you need a quick recharge! It's a great way to relieve stress, remove anxiety, and regain energy without breaking the bank or having to go far from Manila. Just make sure to book ahead of time and avoid high peak times :)
